Room Rates: These are quoted below as - per room per night,
with no discounts applied.

If you book on our website, you may be able to unlock discounts not available anywhere else, up to 10% during shoulder seasons

The specific rate will vary depending on the time of year, number of nights booked, and whether you book mid-week or weekends.

Special events such as: The Edinburgh Festival, have higher rates
(see below). Saturday nights are also a little more expensive

Included: Bed and full breakfast, wi-fi internet access,
private car parking onsite

Occupancy: There is usually a £10 discount for
single occupancy of a double room 

Low season is November to March and
High season is late May, to September.
