Terms and Conditions
Booking
We will advise of availability when you make an enquiry. This does not constitute an offer of accommodation, until we have confirmed that a booking has been made for you. To secure any booking, a deposit is required for the cost of the first nights accommodation, This can be paid by credit/debit card, cash or cheque (to be made payable in British Pounds Sterling, to 'Glenalmond House').
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before you were due to arrive will qualify for a refund of the deposit paid, less a 10% administration charge. If you do not cancel within this time period, the deposit in non-refundable. If you cancel less than 72 hours before you are due to arrive, or not at all, you will be liable to pay the whole amount of your booked stay, which we will deduct from the card used to confirm the booking. Acceptance of this offer of accommodation means that you also accept these terms.
Check-In
Please note that check-in can be any time up to 6pm, or by special arrangement only, up to 10pm. If you arrive in the morning, the room may not be ready for you, but you can leave your luggage with us and we will put it in your room for you once it has been cleaned.
Car Parking
A free to use residents car park is available at the guest house. The guest house owners accept no liability for any cars parked in the guest house car park.
Smoking Policy
The guest house is totally non-smoking. Guests may smoke outside the guest house. Any guest smoking anywhere inside the guest house will be asked to leave and will be charged for the full amount of their booked stay.
Privacy
To take your booking, we require certain details from you. We will not pass any of these details to any third parties and will keep them secure
