Our Rooms
We have tried to make our bedrooms as comfortable as possible, with everything you should need for your stay with us. All rooms have a bathroom en-suite (inside the room) with shower.
Our no-smoking policy extends throughout the guest house, including all the bedrooms.
The bedrooms are all equipped with a thermostatically controlled central heating radiator, colour television, desk, chairs, radio/alarm clock, hair drier and hospitality tray.
The three deluxe rooms are larger than the standard rooms and have king-size beds in them and superior furnishings.
Your own set of keys will ensure access into the guest house at all times.
Single En-suiteThere is one standard single en-suite room. It is situated on the first floor, and has one single sized bed. It is therefore suitable for one person. |

Double En-suiteThere are three standard double en-suite rooms. These rooms have one double sized bed. It is therefore suitable for one or 2 people only. If only one person occupies the room, there is a 20% single occupancy discount on the quoted price. |
Twin En-suiteThere is one standard twin en-suite room. This room has 2 single sized beds in it. It is therefore suitable for one or 2 people only. If only one person occupies the room, there is a 20% single occupancy discount on the quoted price. |

Triple En-suiteThere are two standard triple en-suite rooms. These rooms have one double sized bed and one single sized bed. They are therefore suitable for 2 or 3 people. The room price is based on 2 people sharing the room and there is a 20% supplement for a third person in these rooms.

Quadruple En-suiteThere is one standard quadruple en-suite room. This room has one double sized bed and two single sized beds. They are therefore suitable for between 2 to 4 people. The room price is based on 2 people sharing the room and there is a 20% supplement for each additional person, up to a total of 4, in this room. |

Deluxe Bedrooms
There are three deluxe king-size en-suite rooms for that special occasion or just for extra comfort. These rooms are more spacious than the standard double en-suite rooms and have superior furnishings. Two of the rooms have a king-size four-poster bed in them, and the other has an ornately carved king-size Roccoco bed.
They are suitable for 1 or 2 people only. If only one person occupies the room, there is a 20% single occupancy discount on the quoted price.
